Exhibition tickets can be purchased online here, through Ticketek agencies or by phone 13 28 49, and in person at the Gallery’s Ticketing and Information desk. Booking fees (Service fees) are a combination of the payment processing fee and the fee set by the ticketing system supplier to cover the costs associated with running the ticketing service. Your ticket is your receipt. Please retain it for proof of purchase. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket purchase in a pdf format. Please print your pdf ticket prior to your visit and present it upstairs at the exhibition entrance for entry. Alternatively, you can present your pdf ticket on your smart phone or device at the time of your visit. With your printed or smart phone ticket in hand, proceed upstairs to have your ticket scanned at the exhibition entry point. Standard exhibition tickets are valid for one-off entry during the exhibition season. Once you’re inside the exhibition there is no time restriction during the Gallery’s opening hours of 10am-5pm. Last entry to the exhibition is at 4.30pm. During peak viewing times entry may be subject to exhibition capacity. Entry to the Art Gallery of Western Australia is free. Donations are encouraged and gratefully accepted. Admission fees apply to the Treasure Ships exhibition and special events as specified at the point of purchase. The purchase of concession tickets requires the presentation of a valid membership or ID card. Accepted Australian Government Concession cards include Healthcare, Veteran, Senior, Pension, Disability and Carer cards. Students require ID proof of full-time status. Proof of concession must be carried at all times at the venue and presented if required. Groups of 8 or more people receive a discount. Applicable to Adult and Concession tickets only.
